Pick & Bow offers free instruction in instruments every Wednesday night at the Center. Instruments are loaned at no cost, so any participant can learn to play regardless of means.
Part of something bigger
Carcassonne joined this regional program in September 2024, extending a tradition that began over two decades ago. It is carried on in partnership with Hindman Settlement School, Appalshop and Cowan Community Center, keeping Appalachian music alive for a new generation.
