- What does community mean to you?
Community means to me a sense of security and safety in others. A lot like family a community is something you can rely on.
- Do you see yourself staying in this area after graduation? If not, then why?
I do not see myself staying in this area after graduation sadly. My college of choice is out of state.
- Who inspires you and why?
My aunt is someone who inspires me, she helped raise me when she didn’t have to and is just an amazing lady.
- What skills or experiences are you bringing to your internship?
I’m bringing artistic skills into my internship!
- Is there a particular project or issue in the community that you’re excited to work on this summer?
Something in particular I’d like to work on this summer is getting more people my age involved in the community.
- Are there specific skills which you are hoping to develop greater as part of this internship?
I am hoping to develop my communication skills and help build a strong work ethic.
- If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?
It would probably be Marie Curie; science is something I’m very interested in and her studies on radiology were amazing.
